Urban Systems Training

Special Events are not always fundraisers or charity events. We often are commissioned to photograph events like corperate training seminars in Vancouver or Edmonton.

This past week we photographed one of many training seminars for Urban Systems Engineering, a fantastic engineering company which is always looking out for thier staff. The event hosted around 20 people at the Sutton Place Hotel and was a success for all the staff. We were fortunate to have been commissioned to document the session. Stollery Snowflake Gala Photographed by IMP Events

The Stollery Children's Hospital held their annual Snowflake Gala in an effort to raise funds for the upcoming year. The Stollery Children's Hospital is the primary facility for specialized pediatric services for all of Northern Alberta. As a result, IMP Events was felt privileged to give back to their community by providing such brilliant and lively photographs.




The evening was a delight for both children and adults alike. The organizers of the Gala turned the Shaw Conference Centre into a magical winter wonderland. Entertainers circulated the hall, performing tricks to the delight and amazement of little ones in attentive audiences.

In an effort to both enjoy the evening and generate more publicity to the cause, local media personalities and politicians were also in attendance. The Premier of Alberta, along with his lovely wife Marie attended the Gala, along with Paul Brown, Yukon Jack and Jillian Foote of the Bear's Breakfast show.

A family that certainly deserves mention is the Ghermezians, husband and wife Don and Marie, along with their gorgeous children.
